كَانُوْا قَلِيْلًا مِّنَ الَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُوْنَ
وَبِالْاَسْحَارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ
“They sleep very little at night, and at the end of the night they ask forgiveness (of Allah).” (QS 51: 17:18)

“Whoever obeys the Prophet (Muhammad), then he has truly obeyed Allah. Whoever turns away, We did not send you (Prophet Muhammad) as their caretaker.” (QS 4:80)
4. Getting a blessed life
Getting a blessed life is one of the Mustajab prayers at Sahur time. Most Muslims believe that there are so many blessings during Sahur time, which makes them should exploit the time carefully.
Getting a blessed life from Allah becomes every Muslim’s hope. Sahur time which becomes one of the Mustajab times during Ramadan would lead Muslims to achieve their hope.
Moreover, it is already mentioned in the Quran surah Al Isra verses 78 – 79 below.
اَقِمِ الصَّلٰوةَ لِدُلُوْكِ الشَّمْسِ اِلٰى غَسَقِ الَّيْلِ وَقُرْاٰنَ الْفَجْرِۗ اِنَّ قُرْاٰنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُوْدًا
وَمِنَ الَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهٖ نَافِلَةً لَّكَۖ عَسٰٓى اَنْ يَّبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَّحْمُوْدًا
“Establish prayer from the time the sun embraces it until the darkness of the night and (also perform the prayer) at dawn! Verily, the Fajr prayer is witnessed (by angels). On some nights do the midnight prayer as an additional (worship) for you, hopefully, your Lord will raise you to a commendable place. “(QS 17: 78-79)
5. Increase the faith

فَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تُطِعْ مِنْهُمْ اٰثِمًا اَوْ كَفُوْرًاۚ
وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ بُكْرَةً وَّاَصِيْلًاۚ
وَمِنَ الَّيْلِ فَاسْجُدْ لَهٗ وَسَبِّحْهُ لَيْلًا طَوِيْلًا
“So, be patient to (carry out) the decree of your Lord and do not follow sinners and those who are very kufr among them. Say the name of your Lord in the morning and evening. On some nights prostrate to Him and glorify Him during the long nights. (QS 24-26)
