We rarely found someone who was divorced, then remarry. But, in this wonderful society, it’s happening. Every type of separation is har, includes a divorce. It is not only hard for the wife who’s been divorced, but also for the man who said the words of divorce. The words said with Talaq, and there is some types of Talaq in Islam you must concern.
Islam taught us to live happily with your family, your spouse, friend, or neighborhood. Even though a divorce is lawful in Islam, but complementing that thing is hard to divine. Instead, Allah does not love this kind of separation thing between a married couple. So, there is a remarry’s law in Islam following the rules of the terms of marriage in Islam.
So, based on the Quran, here we give you some condition if you want to remarry your ex-husbands lawfully. Commonly, these circumstances are obeyed by every Muslim because they know about their consequences if they avoid Allah’s rule. Besides, there are things to look for in marriage in Islam you must follow.
Even though the remarry is lawful in Islam, but there is a time limit of it. There are some ways to divorce your wife in Islam you must follow. If the husband said the words of divorce once so that you still can remarry him under the law. That is still happening while the words of divorce said twice. Based on the Quran surah Al Baqarah verse 229 mentions.
“Divorce (which can be referred to) twice. (After that the husband can) hold well, or release well. It is not lawful for you to take back what you have given them, except that both (husband and wife) are afraid of not being able to carry out God’s laws. If you (saints) are worried that both of them are not able to live the laws of God, then both of them are not guilty of the payment (must) be given (by the wife) to redeem themselves. These are God’s laws, so do not break them. Whoever breaks the laws of Allah, they are the wrongdoers.” (QS 2:229)
If after the words divorce then both of the couples decide to reconciliation so that the remarry is lawful. The remarry can be arranged by a member of the family. It is important to do so that the couple will find the true meaning of their marriage life. Based on the Quran surah An Nisa verse 35 mentions about this.
“And if you are worried about a dispute between the two, then send a peacemaker from a male family and a peacemaker from a female family. If both of them (peacemakers) intend to make improvements, surely Allah gave Taufik to the husband and wife. Really, Allah is All-pervasive, All-Knowing.” (QS 4:35)
There is lawful to do when you remarry your ex-husband after the three words of divorce but with a certain condition. If after twice divorce the couple reconciliation then remarry, but then they divorce again so there must be something on their relationship. Besides, there is a law of women asks divorce in Islam if the women who initiate the divorce.
That is why, if the couple decides to remarry after this there words of divorce they need to do marriage with a new Mahr. Besides, the wife should be married to another man first then getting a divorce by her second husband. Based on the Quran surah Al Baqarah verse 230

“Then if he divorces her (after the second divorce), then the woman is no longer lawful for him before he marries another husband. Then if the other husband divorces him, then there is no sin for both (the first husband and ex-wife) to remarry if they both think they will be able to live God’s laws. Those are the provisions of Allah which He explained to those who are knowledgeable.” (QS 2:230)

“So when they are nearing their end, then recite (return to) them well or release them well and witness with two just witnesses among you and you should establish the testimony because of God. Thus the teaching is given to people who believe in Allah and the hereafter. Whoever believes in Allah will surely open a way out for him,” (QS 65:2)
