One of the things that Muslims should follow is to keep their body clean in an Islamic way. Indeed this clean manner is one of the manners of reciting the holy Quran that they should do.
The holy Quran is a sacred book that should be recited in a pure heart both body and soul. Cleanliness in Islam can be represented by doing Wudhu as Muslims believe it can clean our hearts, body, and soul.
Such it is mentioned in the Quran surah Al Waqiah verses 77-79 below.
اِنَّهٗ لَقُرْاٰنٌ كَرِيْمٌۙ ٧٧ فِيْ كِتٰبٍ مَّكْنُوْنٍۙ ٧٨ لَّا يَمَسُّهٗٓ اِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُوْنَۗ ٧٩
“Verily, it is a very noble Qur’an, in a preserved Book. No one touches it, except the servants (of Allah) who are purified.” (QS 56: 77-79)
Starting to read the Quran by seeking a refugee from Allah only is one of the manners of reciting the holy Quran. In Islam, two popular sentences should be done before reciting the Quran two sentences below as one of the benefits of being grateful.
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
“I seek refuge in Allah from the temptations of the accursed Satan. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.”
Hose two sentences can be the way for Muslims to seek a refugee from Allah from any damage. While Muslims recite the holy Quran, they may have no idea when the disturbance comes so it is better to read those two sentences.
Indeed, it is mentioned in the Quran surah Al Qasas verse 16 that Allah is the only refugee for Muslims in any way.
وَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اِلٰهًا اٰخَرَۘ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَۗ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ هَالِكٌ اِلَّا وَجْهَهٗ ۗ لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَاِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ ࣖ ٨٨
“Do not (also) worship other gods (besides Allah). There is no god but Him. Everything must perish, except His substance. All decisions belong to Him and only to Him will you be returned.” (QS 28:88)
One of the manners of reciting the holy Quran is should be done by using a Tajweed. Learning a Tajweed can be easier for those who try harder to master the Tajweed. If you are afraid to start learning the Tajweed you can start it slowly.
Reciting the holy Quran with a Tajweed is one of the mandatory rules in the Islamic way. As the sacred book, the holy Quran should be recited with the right rule so that the meaning behind would be keener adopted by Muslims. That can be one of the good ways how to collect good deeds in Ramadhan.

فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ وَاسْمَعُوْا وَاَطِيْعُوْا وَاَنْفِقُوْا خَيْرًا لِّاَنْفُسِكُمْۗ وَمَنْ يُّوْقَ شُحَّ نَفْسِهٖ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُوْنَ ١٦
“Fear Allah to the best of your ability! Listen, obey, and spend good things for yourselves! Those who guard themselves against stinginess, they are the lucky ones.” (QS 64:16)
Trying to memorize some of the verses in the Quran is one of the manners of reciting the holy Quran correctly. Once Muslims have already mastered the Tajweed when reciting the Quran, they should try memorizing some of the verses there.
Indeed, the holy Quran is made it easier for Muslims to memorize the whole Quranic verses easily. Even so, for some reason, some people may get it hard to remember the whole verses so that they can do it little by little.
Such as mentioned in the Quran surah Al Qamar verse 17 below.
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْاٰنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُّدَّكِرٍ ١٧
“Indeed, We, have made the Qur’an easy as a lesson. So, is there anyone willing to take a lesson?” (QS 54:17)
After finish from reciting the holy Quran, Muslims better supplicate some of the Dua as one of the manners of reciting the holy Quran. It can be a simple Dua or whatever Dua that you ask to seek Allah’s blessing even when you are a Muslim woman on a period doing good deeds women can do on her period.
Some Muslim commonly make a supplication after they finish reciting the Quran. Most of them seek some blessings towards Allah so that they keep protected by Allah from any sin, always doing good deeds and other things that may make them get far from Allah.
Such as mentioned in the Quran surah Al Kahf verse 46 below.
اَلْمَالُ وَالْبَنُوْنَ زِيْنَةُ الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَاۚ وَالْبٰقِيٰتُ الصّٰلِحٰتُ خَيْرٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ ثَوَابًا وَّخَيْرٌ اَمَلًا ٤٦
“Wealth and children are the adornments of the life of this world, while eternal good deeds (rewards) are better in return with your Lord and better for hope.” (QS 18:46)
