Reading the Quran for Muslims becomes one of the good deeds they seeking for. Some of them are even capable to memorize them for the whole verses that are written in the Quran. Most Muslims have commonly been taught since they were at a young age to read the Quran.
The intention of reading the Quran for Muslims is not only for their duty but for seeking Allah’s grant as well. That makes them doing it regularly every time they want. There is no specific time for reading it, as long as it wouldn’t bother their daily activities.
Some Muslims choose to read the Quran at night or Fajr in the morning. Fajr time becomes one of the holiest times for Muslims to do their prayer. That makes some Muslims choose to do some good deeds such as reading the Quran before they starting the day.
Speaking of reading the Quran at Fajr, some Muslims believe that there are so many values of it. Here we summarized some of them based on the Quran. Let’s check them out below!
Muslims believe that if they do the good thing, they will get another good thing as well such as the benefits of Dhikr after Tahajjud prayer. That makes them doing good deeds towards seeking for Allah granted. By reading the Quran at Fajr, as an example, can bring so many good benefits for them.
Such as mentions in the Quran Ar Rahman verse 70 below.
“There is no reward for good but good (too).” (QS 55:60)
As Muslims reading the Quran daily, they will become more knowledgeable significantly as the basic benefit of learning Al Quran. Moreover, if they doing it at the Fajr time, which makes them can memorizing verse by verse is easier rather than during the day.
There is so much knowledge that written in the Quran which Allah mentions for good, specifically for Muslims. Such as mentions in the Quran surah Al Alaq verses 1-5 below.
“Read in the name of your Lord who created, He has created man from a clot of blood. Read, and your Lord is the Most Gracious, Who teaches (humans) with a pen. He taught man what he did not know.” (QS 96:1-5)
In so many ways, the Quran mentions what should and should not do for Muslims for their sake such as the benefit of Dhikr every morning. That is because Allah promises that He will protect those who believe in Him. By reading the Quran at Fajr regularly, Muslims will know better about it.
Such as mentions in the Quran surah Al Kahf verse 27 below.
“And recite (Muhammad) what is revealed to you, namely the Book of your Lord (the Qur’an). Nothing can change His words. And you will find no refuge except in Him.” (QS 18:27)
As the Quran becomes the guidance for Muslims, there are so many lessons written there such as doing the Dua for the sick in Islam. The knowledge inside will absorb into their brain as well by reading it at Fajr time. Such as mentions in the Quran surah Ali Imran Verse 138 below.
“This (the Qur’an) is a clear explanation for all mankind and is a guide and a lesson for those who are pious.” (QS 3:138)
Quran says so many good things that Muslims can adopt in their daily life. That can be a good thing for them or the bad one. As long as reading the verses inside, they will realize so many truths inside.
Such as mentions in the Quran surah Al Kahf verse 28 below.
“And be patient with you (Muhammad) with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and evening, hoping for His pleasure; and do not turn your eyes away from them (because) expect the adornment of the life of the world; And do not follow those whose hearts We have neglected from remembering Us, and obeying their desires and whose circumstances have crossed the line.” (QS 18:28)
There are not so many people that have a good deal with the morning routine starting at an early hour. But Muslims, have to have the Subuh prayer and also Fajr prayer for Sunnah.
Both do the prayer or reading the Quran are witnessed by Allah’s angels. That makes Muslims become cheered up to do those things at Fajr time. As mentions in the Quran surah, Al Isra verse 78 below that has almost had the same blessing virtues of Surah Sajdah.
“Perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) from midday until the darkness of the night (i.e. Zuhur, Asr, Maghrib and Isha prayers) and read the Qur’an at the beginning of dawn (i.e. Fajr prayer). Verily the recitation of the Qur’an at dawn is witnessed (attended by the angels who guard people during the day and night).” (QS 17:78)
