فَاذْكُرُوْنِيْٓ اَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوْا لِيْ وَلَا تَكْفُرُوْنِ ࣖ يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اسْتَعِيْنُوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلٰوةِ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ مَعَ الصّٰبِرِيْنَ
“So, remember Me, I will also remember you. Give thanks to Me and do not deny Me.
O you who believe, seek help (to Allah) with patience and prayer. Verily Allah is with those who are patient. “ (QS 2:152-153)
2. Feeling alive from the heart
Muslims believe that the benefit of Dhikr in the heart is that it can bring the feeling alive from the heart. Having a valuable life for Muslims sometimes can be hard to figure out.

يَوْمَ تَرَى الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتِ يَسْعٰى نُوْرُهُمْ بَيْنَ اَيْدِيْهِمْ وَبِاَيْمَانِهِمْ بُشْرٰىكُمُ الْيَوْمَ جَنّٰتٌ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَاۗ ذٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيْمُۚ
“On the day you will see believing men and women, their light shining before and on their right. (It was said to them,) “Today there is good news for you, (namely) paradise beneath which rivers flow (and) they abide therein. Such is the greatest victory.” (QS 57:12)
3. Get the best protection from the tormented of hell
Muslims believe that one of the great benefits of dhikr in the heart is that it could lead them to get the best protection from the tormented hell. Doing it regularly will increase their faith significantly.
As Muslims believe that the tormented of hell is exist, doing dhikr can avoid them to get there. The tormented of hell can be more horrible than they think.
They hope that they are doing dhikr to avoid that horrible torment. Such as mentioned in the Quran surah Ali Imran verse 191 below.
الَّذِيْنَ يَذْكُرُوْنَ اللّٰهَ قِيَامًا وَّقُعُوْدًا وَّعَلٰى جُنُوْبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُوْنَ فِيْ خَلْقِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۚ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هٰذَا بَاطِلًاۚ سُبْحٰنَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
“(Namely) those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, or lying down, and think about the creation of the heavens and the earth (while saying), “O our Lord, You have not created all this in vain. Glory be to You. Protect us from the torments of hell.” (QS 3:191)
4. Become lucky person
Muslims believe that if they remember Allah, it would lead them to be a lucky person. It becomes one of the benefits of Dhikr in the heart that so many Muslims try to afford sincerely.
Being a lucky person as a Muslim can be the most blessing they get from Allah. That is because it comes from Allah only, and Muslims have only to try harder and harder.

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اِذَا لَقِيْتُمْ فِئَةً فَاثْبُتُوْا وَاذْكُرُوا اللّٰهَ كَثِيْرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَۚ
“O you who believe, when you meet (enemy) troops, then be steadfast and recite (name) Allah as much as possible so that you will be lucky.” (QS 8:44)
5. Getting a priority pass
Muslim believe that remembering Allah regularly is one of their tickets to getting a priority pass for Jannah. That is why most Muslims do this kind of good deed to seek some of Allah’s blessing to get the ticket for Jannah.
Muslim believe that dhikr can lead them to get a priority pass to Jannah and avoid the horrible torment of hell. Not surprisingly, most Muslims do dhikr in the heart regularly.

اُتْلُ مَآ اُوْحِيَ اِلَيْكَ مِنَ الْكِتٰبِ وَاَقِمِ الصَّلٰوةَۗ اِنَّ الصَّلٰوةَ تَنْهٰى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاۤءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ ۗوَلَذِكْرُ اللّٰهِ اَكْبَرُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَصْنَعُوْنَ
“Recite (Prophet Muhammad) the Book (Qur’an) which has been revealed to you and establish prayer. Verily prayer prevents (deeds) terrible and unjust. Indeed, the remembrance of Allah (prayer) is greater (its priority than other acts of worship). Allah knows what you do.” (QS 29:45)
