Allah Ta’ala said,

What is the meaning of taqwa clothes?
Taqwa clothes are clothes that are in accordance with the Islamic sharia provisions so that it can increase the faith and taqwa to Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala. Those clothes must cover aurat. For men, the boundary of the aurat is from the navel to knee. Meawhile, for women, the boundary of the aurat is the entire body, except the face and palms.
Besides it, those clothes cannot be transparent and tight so that they show the body curve. What is the point of wearing covered clothes in shar’i but it still shows the body curve?

Shar’i clothes, but shabby and dull, are surely not better than shar’i clothes that are clean and bright. If there is a dirt that sticks on the clothes, then he will wash them with water and soap in accordance with his ability. However, for taqwa clothes, there are very few who want to pay attention to them. If those inner clothes are dirty, no one cares. Remember, those taqwa clothes are better. It shows that we should pay attention to those taqwa clothes higher than the body and the physical clothes that appear. The taqwa clothes are more important.” (Syarh Riyadh Ash Shalihin, 4: 266)
Meanwhile, what is meant by a medical value in dressing up is the clothes that must be able to protect the body from heat, cold, dust and not cause health problems for those who wear them. Choose clothes that are made from a cloth that is safe to be used for the body.
