2. Having a blessed wealth

وَقَضٰى رَبُّكَ اَلَّا تَعْبُدُوْٓا اِلَّآ اِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ اِحْسٰنًاۗ اِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِنْدَكَ الْكِبَرَ اَحَدُهُمَآ اَوْ كِلٰهُمَا فَلَا تَقُلْ لَّهُمَآ اُفٍّ وَّلَا تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُلْ لَّهُمَا قَوْلًا كَرِيْمًا

“Your Lord has commanded you not to worship other than Him and to do good to your parents. If one of them or both reaches an old age under your care, never say to both of them the word “ah” and don’t yell at both of them and say good words to both of them.” (QS 17:23)

3. Having Allah’s guide

One of the privileges of the prayer of the archangel Jibril ahead of Ramadan is that you might be having Allah’s guide the year ahead after Ramadan ends. As a Muslim, having Allah as the only guide is worth everything.

قُلْ مَنْ كَانَ عَدُوًّا لِّجِبْرِيْلَ فَاِنَّهٗ نَزَّلَهٗ عَلٰى قَلْبِكَ بِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَهُدًى وَّبُشْرٰى لِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

“Say (Prophet Muhammad), “Who is Gabriel’s enemy?” In fact, it is he who has sent down (the Qur’an) into the heart with Allah’s permission as justification for what (the books) came before, and guidance and good news for believers.” (QS 2:97)

4. Having help from Allah

One of the privileges of the prayer of the archangel Jibril ahead of Ramadan is that you might have help from Allah. Having help from Allah is the most privilege for Muslims, moreover in the hereafter.

By doing the prayer of the archangel Jibril would help Muslim to get the ticket to Jannah as Allah might help them. It is already mentioned in the Quran surah At Tahrim verse 4 below.

اِنْ تَتُوْبَآ اِلَى اللّٰهِ فَقَدْ صَغَتْ قُلُوْبُكُمَاۚ وَاِنْ تَظٰهَرَا عَلَيْهِ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ مَوْلٰىهُ وَجِبْرِيْلُ وَصَالِحُ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَۚ وَالْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ بَعْدَ ذٰلِكَ ظَهِيْرٌ

“If you are both protectors of Allah, indeed your hearts are both inclined (to the truth) and if you both help each other trouble him (the Prophet), Allah is the Protector. Likewise Gabriel and the pious believers. In addition, the angels (also participate) to help.” (QS 66:4)

5. Getting closer to the Prophet Muhammad

One of the privileges of the prayer of the archangel Jibril ahead of Ramadan is that you might be getting closer to the Prophet Muhammad. As a Muslim, getting closer to the Prophet could be one of the best privileges of their whole life.

By getting closer to the Prophet Muhammad, Muslims would get so many blessings in life and might have the chance to get closer to Allah as well. It is already mentioned in the Quran surah Al Jumuah verse 2 below.

هُوَ الَّذِيْ بَعَثَ فِى الْاُمِّيّٖنَ رَسُوْلًا مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُوْا عَلَيْهِمْ اٰيٰتِهٖ وَيُزَكِّيْهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتٰبَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَاِنْ كَانُوْا مِنْ قَبْلُ لَفِيْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيْنٍۙ

“It was He who sent a Messenger (Prophet Muhammad) to illiterate people from their own (amongst) sides, who recited His verses to them, purified their (souls), and taught them the Book (Al-Qur’an) and Wisdom (sunnah), even though before they were really in real error.” (QS 62:2)
