For so many years, Muslims believe that if they always doing the good deed so that they will get blessing from Allah. One of the good deeds that could bring you into it is charity. In Islam, it calls as Sadaqah Jariyah.
The Quran mentions so many times about doing Sadaqah as one of the most important charities among Muslims. Most of them believe that Allah will give them more if they give more Sadaqah among others to seeking the blessing and gratitude from Allah such as the rules of Zakat Al Fitr.

The basic meaning of Sadaqah Jariyah is a kind of charity that gives some benefits to others. Allah mentions it will never be cut off even if the person who did it is passed away such as mentions in the Quran At-Tin verse 6. The charity can be in a variation things such as for their wealth, their knowledge, and even doing a good deed.
اِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ فَلَهُمْ اَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُوْنٍۗ – ٦
“except those who believe and do good deeds; then they will get a reward that will not be broken.” (QS 95:6)
Muslims believe that Sadaqah Jariyah is not obligatory which you can choose for doing it or not. Moreover, there is no limit to the amount of doing the Sadaqah Jariyah but you should be doing it considering your capability and knows how to give Sadaqah in Islam. As long as you keep it as a good deed, Allah knows everything.
Such as mentions in the Quran surah Al A’raf verse 8 that Allah knows everything which is count as a good deed in the hereafter.
وَالْوَزْنُ يَوْمَىِٕذِ ِۨالْحَقُّۚ فَمَنْ ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِيْنُهٗ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُوْنَ – ٨
“The scales on that day (become the measure) of truth. So whoever weighs the scales (goodness), they are the lucky ones,” (QS 7:8)
Many scholars believe that the are three rules of giving Sadaqah Jariyah which stands below:
Wakaf means charity that comes from your wealth. There is no limit to giving it for charity as long as it giving benefits to the receiver. It can be money, land, building prayer, school, and many more. You can even give some Sadaqah Jariyah to non-Muslim as long as you follow the law of giving Sadaqah to non-Muslim.
Sharing knowledge means you are capable to make others understand some unknowledgeable things. Not to mentions that they will be smarter after you shared it, but at least they know what to do after that.
The good child that always praying to their parents over their sin so that Allah will forgive them can be the type of good deed that children do for parents or even knows how they understand the importance of behaving with older people. That can be the most beneficial for parents even though they are passed away, they still get some of the good deeds from it.

Whoever does good deeds Allah will give them more blessing in peace for everything they do. Such as mentions in the Quran surah Al Maidah verse 69 below.
اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَالَّذِيْنَ هَادُوْا وَالصَّابِـُٔوْنَ وَالنَّصٰرٰى مَنْ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ – ٦٩
“Surely those who believe, the Jews, the Shabiin, and the Christians, whoever believes in Allah, in Allah, in the afterlife, and virtue, then there is no worry for him and they do not grieve.” (QS 5:69)
Allah promise to whoever does good deeds such as the Sadaqah Jariyah with the Jannah that has so many unlimited good things. It mentions on the Quran surah l Baqarah verse 25 below.
وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَهُمْ جَنّٰتٍ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ ۗ كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوْا مِنْهَا مِنْ ثَمَرَةٍ رِّزْقًا ۙ قَالُوْا هٰذَا الَّذِيْ رُزِقْنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَاُتُوْا بِهٖ مُتَشَابِهًا ۗوَلَهُمْ فِيْهَآ اَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ وَّهُمْ فِيْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ – ٢٥
“And give good news to those who believe and do good, that for them (provided) the heavens that flow under them the rivers. Whenever they are given sustenance of fruits from heaven, they say, “This is the sustenance that was given to us before.” They have been given similar (fruits). And there they (obtain) holy pairs. They are eternal in it.” (QS 2:25)
In the Quran surah, An Nahl verse 97 also mentions the benefits of Sadaqah Jariyah as one of the good deeds that Muslim better doing it.
مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِّنْ ذَكَرٍ اَوْ اُنْثٰى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهٗ حَيٰوةً طَيِّبَةًۚ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ اَجْرَهُمْ بِاَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوْا يَعْمَلُوْنَ – ٩٧
“Whoever has done good deeds, whether male or female, is in a state of faith, then surely We will give him a good life and we will reward him with a better reward than what they have done.” (QS 16:97)
Allah mentions on the Quran surah Thaha verse 75 to whoever does good deeds such as do the Sadaqah Jariyah, they will get a noble price towards Allah.
وَمَنْ يَّأْتِهٖ مُؤْمِنًا قَدْ عَمِلَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ لَهُمُ الدَّرَجٰتُ الْعُلٰى ۙ – ٧٥
“But whoever comes to Him in a state of faith, and has done good, then they are the ones who get a high (noble) degree,” (QS 20:75)
