ذٰلِكَ الْكِتٰبُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيْهِ ۛ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَۙ – ٢ الَّذِيْنَ يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيْمُوْنَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنٰهُمْ يُنْفِقُوْنَ ۙ – ٣ وَالَّذِيْنَ يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِمَآ اُنْزِلَ اِلَيْكَ وَمَآ اُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ ۚ وَبِالْاٰخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوْقِنُوْنَۗ – ٤
“This Book (Qur’an) has no doubt about it; guidance for those who are pious, (i.e.) those who believe in the unseen, perform prayers and spend some of the sustenance We have given them, and those who believe in (the Qur’an) which was revealed to you (Muhammad) and (the books) which were revealed before you, and they believe in the hereafter.” (QS 2:2-4)

الَّذِيْ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْاَرْضَ فِرَاشًا وَّالسَّمَاۤءَ بِنَاۤءً ۖوَّاَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءً فَاَخْرَجَ بِهٖ مِنَ الثَّمَرٰتِ رِزْقًا لَّكُمْ ۚ فَلَا تَجْعَلُوْا لِلّٰهِ اَنْدَادًا وَّاَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ – ٢٢
“(It is He who) made the earth a bed for you and the sky a roof, and it is He Who sends down water (rain) from the sky, then He produces with it (rain) fruit as a sustenance for you. Therefore do not set up rivals for Allah, even though you know.” (QS 2:22)
3. The Importance of Repentance
Most Muslims are aware that they are not a perfect human so that sometimes they made mistakes. In the Quran surah, Al Baqarah mentions how the Prophet of Adam made his mistake by the evil trick.
It mentions that the prophet of Adam made repentance to Allah with the deepest repentance towards Allah. Muslims believe that Allah gave forgiveness to the prophet of Adam as mentioned in verse 37. Besides, this surah becomes one of the surahs in the Quran surah that is perfect to recite in the morning.
فَتَلَقّٰٓى اٰدَمُ مِنْ رَّبِّهٖ كَلِمٰتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ ۗ اِنَّهٗ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ – ٣٧
“Then Adam received a few words from his Lord, and He accepted his repentance. Indeed, Allah is Most Accepting of repentance, Most Merciful.” (QS 2:37)
4. Become Closer to Allah Blessing
Muslims believe as they are doing good deeds and avoiding bad deeds by obeying Allah’s rule, they will be closer to Allah’s blessing. That is why Muslims will do whatever it takes to get that achievement such as take prayer to protect themselves from bad luck in Islam.
By reciting the Quran surah Al Baqarah, Muslims willingly do fasting, take a five-day prayer, recite the Quran, try to be more patient, and do other good deeds that mention in the Quran surah Al Baqarah.
وَاَقِيْمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتُوا الزَّكٰوةَ وَارْكَعُوْا مَعَ الرَّاكِعِيْنَ – ٤٣
“And perform prayers, pay zakat, and bow down with those who bow.” (QS 2:43)
يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُوْنَۙ – ١٨٣
“O, you who believe! Fasting has been made obligatory on you as it was prescribed for those before you so that you may become pious.” (QS 2:183)
5. Become a Grateful Person
Some verses in the Quran surah Al Baqarah taught Muslims about the patient, sharing and caring for others such as doing types of Sadaqah in Islam, avoiding greed, and many more. As Muslims recite verse by verse on it, they will absorb the knowledge continuously.

فَاذْكُرُوْنِيْٓ اَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوْا لِيْ وَلَا تَكْفُرُوْنِ ࣖ – ١٥٢
“So remember Me, I will remember you. Be grateful to Me, and do not disobey Me.” (QS 2: 152)
