One of the causes of mental illness is the soul and heart that are still not clean. We still allow evil things to enter into our hearts and make our souls uneasy. We are controlled by the evil thing and can make us leave Allah. The element of qalbu disturbed means faith and devotion less or even closed as a result of less understanding, less thought from the aspect of Qur’an, so we often follow the lusts that always invite people to evil, or in other words the human being becomes ill or disturbed soul seen from an Islamic point of view.
The Quran with its surah makes the heart and soul calmer so that it can overcome the evil thing. Therefore, we need some of this surah to expel, kill evil in our hearts and souls, and prevent it from coming back.
