Trees are created by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala for human. So that, there is a life. It also provides oxygen and fruits for us, protect us from the sun and many another benefits.
Abu Hurairah r.a. said : Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam hold my hand and said :
«خَلَقَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ التُّرْبَةَ يَوْمَ السَّبْتِ، وَخَلَقَ فِيهَا الْجِبَالَ يَوْمَ الْأَحَدِ، وَخَلَقَ الشَّجَرَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ، وَخَلَقَ الْمَكْرُوهَ يَوْمَ الثُّلَاثَاءِ، وَخَلَقَ النُّورَ يَوْمَ الْأَرْبِعَاءِ، وَبَثَّ فِيهَا الدَّوَابَّ يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ، وَخَلَقَ آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ، فِي آخِرِ الْخَلْقِ، فِي آخِرِ سَاعَةٍ مِنْ سَاعَاتِ الْجُمُعَةِ، فِيمَا بَيْنَ الْعَصْرِ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ» [صحيح مسلم]
“Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla creates earth on Saturday, mountain on Sunday, trees on Monday, badness on Tuesday, light on Wednesday, animal breeding on Thursday, Adam ‘alaihissalam after Ashar on Friday in the end of creation, in end of Friday between Ashar until night.” (Shaheeh Muslim)

Rasulullah saw was born and dead on Monday. He also got a revelation on that day. In Shaheeh Muslim, from the hadith of Abu Qatadah r.a that Rasulullah saw has been asked about Monday fasting, he answered,
“That day is the day I was born. And tha day I was sent or lowered Al-Qur’an to me on that day.” (It is a part of the hadith of Abu Qatadah al-Anshari r.a. that was narrated by Imam Muslim in his Shaheeh (II/819) Kitaabush Shiyaam)

On Monday, Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam arrived in Medina. He did hijra from Mecca because he was hunted, disturbed and sinned against by the Quraysh.
Urwah bin Az-Zubair rahimahullah said :
فَتَلَقَّوْا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِظَهْرِ الحَرَّةِ، فَعَدَلَ بِهِمْ ذَاتَ اليَمِينِ، حَتَّى نَزَلَ بِهِمْ فِي بَنِي عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ، وَذَلِكَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَبِيعٍ الأَوَّلِ [صحيح البخاري]
“Then the resident of Medina met Rasulullah in Al-Harrah (a place that has a black stone in Medina), then Rasulullah moved with them to the right until he stopped with the in the house of Bani ‘Amru bin ‘Auf, and at that time, it was Monday from Rabiul Awwal.” (Saheeh Bukhari)

Monday is the best time to cure. So, if you have a disease, you can try to go to the doctor or paramedics on Monday. Don’t forget to pray to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. Insha Allah you will be healed.
From Ibn Umar r.a, Rasulullah saw said :
وَاحْتَجِمُوا يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالثُّلَاثَاءِ ، فَإِنَّهُ الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي عَافَى اللَّهُ فِيهِ أَيُّوبَ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ [سنن ابن ماجه: حسنه الألباني]
“Do cupping therapy to cure on Monday and Tuesday because indeed on that day Allah cured Ayyud from a disease.” (Sunan Ibnu Majah : Hasan)

The door of heaven will be opened on Monday and Thursday. Because of that, Moslems are advised to fast on those days. From Abu Hurairah r.a., that Rasulullah saw said :
“تُفْتَحُ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَ الاثْنَيْنِ وَيَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ فَيُغْفَرُ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ رَجُلاً كَانَتْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ شَحْنَاءُ، فَيُقَالُ: أَنْظِرُوا هَذَيْنِ حَتَّى يَصْطَلِحَا، أَنْظِرُوا هَذَيْنِ حَتَّى يَصْطَلِحَا، أَنْظِرُوا هَذَيْنِ حَتَّى يَصْطَلِحَا.”
“The door of heaven are opened on Monday and Tuesday. Then all of servant who never consociate Allah with anything will be forgiven their sins, except someone of them and their brother are hostile, be postponed the forgiveness of them until they make a peace, be postponed the forgiveness of them until they make a peace.” (Narrated by Muslim)

Deeds will be showed to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala on Monday and Tuesday. Angels report deeds and the behavior of human to Him. So, Rasulullah saw advised Moslems to do sunnah fasting. It is Monday Tuesday fasting. Because Rasulullah saw liked if his deed were raised when he was fasting.
تُعْرَضُ الأَعْمَالُ يَوْمَ اْلإِثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيْسِ فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَمَلِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ
“(reward) deeds are raised on Monday and Tuesday, then I like if I am fasting when my deeds are raised.” (Narrated by At-Tirmidzi and Ibn Majah)
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala said, “And tell (O Muhammad to them, a story) of Idris who is in Qur’an. Indeed he is a man of truth and a Prophet. And We have rised him to a high position.” (Q.S. Maryam : 56 – 57)
Monday is a day when the Prophet Musa a.s. went to the Mountain of Thursina. Allah SWT said in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 63, which means “And [recall] when We took your covenant, [O Children of Israel, to abide by the Torah] and We raised over you the mount, [saying], “Take what We have given you with determinationa and remember what is in it that perhaps you may become righteous.”

Besides a Moslem should do sunnah fasting in Monday and Thursday, he should do many another good deeds such as dhikr, sadaqah and others. Because these day are the main days . Every good deeds will be raised to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. It is mentioned in At-Tanwir Syarh al-Jami’ ash-Shaghir by Muhammad bin Ismai’il Sh-Shan’ani (w.1182H),
“Be advised to fast on these days. Besides that, be advised multiply good deeds. For a reason the appointment of good deeds suggests (advise) to multiply good deeds on these two days.”

Imam al-Ghazali said in Ihya Ulumidin, “As for (the main times) in a week are Monday, Thursday and Friday. These are the main days, so Monday and Thursday fasting are advised and multiply goodness because the reward is multiplied by the blessing of those times.”
If you want to finish everything well, you should understand where the starting line and the finishing line. So, you should become Monday as a day that you really wait. Because this is the best day to arrange your schedule and your life ahead, so it will be better.
