We used to be expected being successful and achieve our dream when we were in the childhood age. Yet, in reality, we face the truth that in fact it needs challenging reaching the success. It is not only the profession we used to dream about, but also when we face the reality that we have to afford our which are gradually increased but our income is still the same number.
Besides the effort, we have to recite the dua and surrender to Allah, because He is the one deciding our fate. Success is not only the business matter, but also a student should pass the exam with the best grade for example, or passing the enrolling the favorite college. There are some Moslem duas for success that we might recite everyday to support our effort reaching the success.
Here, the proper way how to Dua for Success in your life, as follows:
If a Moslem wants a successful career and get the promotion smoothly, so it is recommended to recite dua below (as well with the meaning):
“Allahumma innii as aluka hairal mas alati wa hairad du’aai wa hairan najaahi wa hairal ‘amali wa hairats tzawaabi wa khairal hayaati wa hairal mamaati thabbitnii wa thaqqil mawaaziinii wa haffif iimaanii warfa’ darajaati wa taqabbal salawaatii waghfir hathii atii wa as alukad darajaatil ‘ulyaa fil jannati.”
“O Allah, verily I beseech to You with the best wishes, the best of prayer, the best of success, the best deeds, the best rewards, the best life and the best death. Please give me my good deeds, strengthen my faith, elevate my degree, accept my prayers, forgive the sin of my iniquity, and I beseech to you to get the highest level in heaven.”
2. Recite Shahadah and Salawah to the Messenger of Allah

Just reciting this following dua by sitting in the business place and the angel appointed by God saying that you will gain the biggest share of the business. Only doing good and avoid the bad thing, so that you will get the reward.
“Ash-hadu al laa ilaaha illalaahu wahdahoo laa shareeka lahoo wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan sallallaahu alayhi wa aalihee abduhoo wa rasooluhoo. Allahumma inni as-aluka min fazlika rizqan halaalan tayyiban wa aoodubika min azima aw uzlama wa auudubika min safqatin khaasiratin wa yamiinin kaadibatin“
3. Reciting surah Ash Saad: 35
It is said that the prophet Sulayman (Solomon) used to recite this dua. It is Insha Allah for gaining the rizq smoothly and wealth if you recite it everyday.
“Qalaa rabbi ighfirli wa hablii mulkan laa yambaghii li’ahadim mim ba’dii innakaa antal wahhaab”
“He said, “My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower.””

4. Reciting Surah An Naml : 19
It is as well the Prophet Solomon reciting dua for the abundance of sustenance:
“Fatabassamaa dlaahika min qaulihaa rabbi audzi’ni an ashkuraa ni’mataka alatii an ‘amta alaya wa ‘alaa walidayya wa an a’mala saalihan tardlohu wa adhilnii birahmatika fi ibadikas saalihiin”
“So he [Solomon] smiled, laughing at her speech, and said, “My Lord, grant me the power I might grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which that will please You. And admit me by Your mercy into [the ranks of] Your righteous servants””

5. Reciting Quran Taha (20) : 25-28
It is the story of Musa (Moses) reciting the dua before he went to Pharaoh to convey the revelation from God which was the One who mankind to be worship instead of idols. It is recommended reciting this Quran verse before we performing some exams, interview of the enrolling into the first rank of college / university, as well for the employee candidate who performing the job interview.
“Qaala rabis shrahli sadri, wa yassirlii amri, wahlul uqdatam mil lisaani, yafqahuu qauli”
“[Moses] said, “My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance], And ease for me my task, And untie the knot from my tongue, That they may understand my speech“”
6. Reciting one quoted in Quran Taha (20) : 114
“Rabbii zidni ilma”
“My Lord, increase me the knowledge”
This dua is often recited by the students starting for learning in school. The teacher will teach the dua from Taha 25-28 followed with this ayah 114.

7. Reciting Surah 8 (Al-Anfal) ayah 62
Whoever reciting this ayah, will gain successful in passing the exams or any work.
“Wa iyyureedoo yachda’ooka fa inna hasbakallah, huwallazee ayyadaka binasrihi wabil-mu’mineen”
“But if they intend to deceive you – then sufficient for you is Allah . It is He who supported you with His help and with the believers”

8. Reciting Surah 5 (Al-Maidah) 114:
There are the story of Surah Al Maidah verse 114, it is the recitation of Jesus (Isa Alayhissalam) asking to Allah foods which is laid on the table in the celebration day (Eid). It means he asked for the people on behalf on him, the sufficient sustenance to the people. As a Moslem, we must believe that Allah is the Great Provider and He will give the mankind abundant of rizq as long as we have effort and surrender to Allah.
“Qaala ‘eesaa ibnu maryama allaahumma rabbanaa anzil alaynaa maaidatan minas samaai takoonu lanaa ‘eedan liawwalinaa wa akhirinaa wa aayatan minka warzuqnaa wa anta khayru arraaziqeen“”
“Said Isa, the son of Maryam, “O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers“”

9. Reciting Surah Al Qasas 24:
It is the story of Moses who was feeding the livestock then he recited the dua as quoted in surah Al-Qasas 24:
“Rabbi innee limaa anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeerun”
“My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever (the goodness) You would send down to me, in need.”
This dua is for those who need a success in getting the desired job / workas well easily getting the good partner.

10. Reciting Qur’an Surah At-Talaq 2- 3:
For successing in the part of the life such as carreer, marriage, businness, a moslem should reciting this Qur’an quote whenever we found the hardship.
“Wa man yattaqillaaha yaj’allahu makhraj. Wayarzuqhu min haythu laa yahtasibu waman yatawakkal ‘alaa Allaahi fahuwa hasbuhu inna Allaaha baalighu amrihi qad ja’ala Allaahu likulli shayin qadran”
“And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and He will provide for him from where he does not think before. And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a measure.”

11. Reciting Quran Surah Al-Furqan 74:
The dua quoted from Al-Furqan is for success not only in the job or business but also success in the marriage, surrounded happiness and full loving to the wife as well with the children.
“Rabbanaa hablanaa min azwajinaa wa dhuriyati-na qurrata a’yunin wa aj’alna lil muttaqeen”
“Oh my Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us for the righteous leader “

12. Prophet Mohammed’s Dua narrated by HR Ahmad
This hadith is for the sufficient of sustenance. Recite it after obligatory prayer.
“Allahummaakfinee bi halaalika ‘an haraamika wa aghninee bi fadlika, ‘aman siwaak”
“Oh Allah, grant me sufficiency with the halal of sustenance, so that I do not need the haram one, and give me wealth with your gift, so I do not need the help of others, other than You indeed”

13. Prophet Mohammed’s Dua narrated by HR Bukharee
“Allahumma laa mani’a limaa a’thaita walaa mu’thia lima mana’tha laa yanfauzal jaddi minkal jaddu”
“O Allah, nothing can be broken if You will give and no one can give if You prevent it. It is no good that good fortune to save from your punishment.”
Our Prophet Mohammed suggesting the dua is for you have any will or projects, so Insha Allah, Allah will blessed and let you achieve what you already have been effort.

14 . Prophet Mohammed’s Dua narrated by Sayyidina Umar
“Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shariika lahu lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu yuhyii wayumiitu wahuwa hayyul laa yamuutu biyadihil khayru wahuwa`alaa kulli shay in qadiir”
“There is none worthy of worship besides alone. He has no partner. To Him belongs all kingdom and to Him belongs all praise. He grants life and death. He is all living and never dies. In His hand lies all good and He has power over all thin”

15. Reciting Quran Al Baqara :201
It is usually for closing the dua after prayer. This dua is for our successful in the dunya (real world) and akhirah (the day after).
“Rabbanaa fidunyaa hasanatan, wa fil aakhirati hasanatan, wa qinaa azaban naar”
“Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
