Islam strongly upholds cleanliness because cleanliness is a mirror of one’s faith. A believer will always look clean and neat. He would always keep him from impure, whether mild, moderate, or severe. Here are some ways to protect themselves from the unclean to note:
1. Take a shower
The most common way to clean impure is by bathing, both regular bathing and mandatory bathing. To keep themselves so far from the unclean, then wash at least two times a day or whenever you feel the body has been soiled. Similarly, if you want to carry out the feast of prayer we are told to take a shower first.
History of ‘Ali bin Abi Tholib radhiyallahu‘ anhu,
Someone once asked ‘Ali radhiyallahu‘ anhu about bathing. ‘Ali replied, “Take a bath every day if you want.” The man said, “No. I mean, where is the recommended bath? “‘Ali replied,” Bathing on Friday, the day of’ Arofah, the day of Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fithri. “(HR. Al Baihaqi 3/278. Shaykh Al Albani said that the hadith is authentic See Al Irwa ‘1/177)
Similarly, when a wet dream or even finish rhyming ‘, both men and women are required to take a shower.
Umm Sulaim once said:
“O Rasulullah, surely Allah does not feel ashamed to explain the truth, then do women have to take a bath when dreaming?” Rasulullah sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam replied,” When he sees water (mani). “Baca juga:
Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:
“When a man sits between the four branches (hands and feet), circumcision was in contact with circumcision, it is compulsory to shower.” (HR. Muslim)
2. Wudhu
How to keep away from impure is the wudhu. Wudhu is also a legal requirement for prayer so it must be done. Ablution is required to maintain cleanliness and purity when going to Allah SWT. Allah says,
“O you who believe, if you want to pray, then wash your faces and hands up to the elbows, wipe your head and wash your feet until both ankles” [QS. Al Maidah: 6]

3. Wash your hands
Washing hands is not only a suggestion from the Health Department but has become the sunnah of the Apostles that we should practice. By washing hands, then we will be protected from the attack of various germs in our palms.
From Abu Hurairah, the Prophet said, “Whoever asleep and in his hand there is grease (dirt caused by food) and he has not washed it and then he struck by something, then let him denounce it himself.” (Transmitted by Abu Daud)
4. Istinja ’
Islam is the only religion that requires its adherents to clean themselves or be istinja ‘after defecating. There is even the threat of grave torture if someone is not married ‘well.
From Salman, he said that someone had asked him, “Did your prophet teach you everything to the point of pooping?” Salman answered, “Yes. Rasulullah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam has forbidden us to face the Qiblah when defecating or urinating. He also forbade us do istinja ‘with the right hand. He also forbade us do istinja ‘with less than three stones. Likewise, we are prohibited from resting ‘using dirt and bones.‘ (HR. Muslim, no. 262) j
This is reinforced in other hadiths,

5. Cleanse Impure
The way to purify impure depends on the impure to be removed. If it is mild odor, only sprinkling it with water can be considered clean. However, if it is impure, it must be washed until the odor and color are gone. And if it is heavy, it must be purified by washing with 7 times of normal water and 1 time soil.
Rasulullah sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said,
“Cleaning the urine of a baby girl is by washing, while a baby boy is sprinkled.” (HR. Abu Daud 376, Nasa`i 304 and sahih oleh al-Albani)
From Asma ‘bint Abi Bakr, he said, “A woman once visited Rasulullah sallallaahu’ alaihi wa sallam then he said,” Among us there are those whose clothes are affected by menstrual blood. What should we do?” Rasulullah sallallaahu‘ alayhi wa sallam replied,
“Remove menstrual blood from the clothes, then scrape the remaining dirt with water, then wash it. Then pray with him. “(Narrated by Bukhari 225)
Rasulullah sallallaahu’alaihi Wasallam said:
“The way to purify a vessel from someone among you if you lick a dog is to wash it seven times, the first laundry uses land” (Narrated by Al Bukhari no. 182, Muslim no. 279)
That is 5 ways to keep us from impure. By always maintaining personal hygiene, the health and faith will increase. May we be among those who love cleanliness and good deeds. Aamiin
