Moreover, leaving five-a-day prayer in Islam refers to the polytheist. It is mentioned in the Quran surah Ar Rum verse 31.
مُنِيْبِيْنَ اِلَيْهِ وَاتَّقُوْهُ وَاَقِيْمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَلَا تَكُوْنُوْا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِيْنَۙ
“(Turn your face) in a state of returning (repenting) to Him. Fear Him, pray, and be not of the polytheists,” (QS 30:31)
2. Eating forbidden food
Eating forbidden food is one of the abstinence for young pregnant women according to Islam. Based on the Islamic rule that takes from the Quran, Muslims should be eating well that consider halal food.

“O, you who believe, eat what is good that We have bestowed upon you and be grateful to Allah if you truly worship Him alone. (QS 2:172)
3. Being patient
Being a patient person is one of the abstinence for young pregnant women according to Islam. As the hormone change drastically during the first month of pregnancy, it is important to manage anger.
Managing the anger and temper of pregnant women is important because it affects the baby’s emotions. That is why most pregnant women are advised to be more patient so that they might get some benefits of patience in Islam.
It is already mentioned in the Quran surah Al Baqarah verse 153.
يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اسْتَعِيْنُوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلٰوةِ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ مَعَ الصّٰبِرِيْنَ
“O, you who believe, seek help (to Allah) with patience and prayer. Verily Allah is with those who are patient. (QS 2:153)
4. Avoid gossiping
Avoiding gossiping is one of the abstinence for young pregnant women according to Islam. Muslim believe that gossiping during pregnancy would lead to bad habits for the baby.
The emotions of the pregnant women are connected directly to the baby in their womb. That is why it is important to keep speaking in a good way and better avoid gossiping.
Moreover, avoiding gossiping is already mentioned in the Quran surah Al Hujurat verse 12 because it leads to a bad deed.
يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوْا كَثِيْرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّۖ اِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ اِثْمٌ وَّلَا تَجَسَّسُوْا وَلَا يَغْتَبْ بَّعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًاۗ اَيُحِبُّ اَحَدُكُمْ اَنْ يَّأْكُلَ لَحْمَ اَخِيْهِ مَيْتًا فَكَرِهْتُمُوْهُۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ تَوَّابٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
“O, you who believe, stay away from prejudice! In fact, some prejudices are sins. Don’t look for other people’s faults and don’t let any of you backbite some of the others. Does any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Of course you feel disgusted. Fear Allah! Verily, Allah is Most Repentant, Most Merciful.” (QS 49:12)
5. Practicing black magic ritual
Practicing the black magic ritual is one of the abstinence for young pregnant women according to Islam. Every black magic ritual is referred to as a polytheist in Islam, and it leads to bad deeds.

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ اَنْ يُّشْرَكَ بِهٖ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُوْنَ ذٰلِكَ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۚ وَمَنْ يُّشْرِكْ بِاللّٰهِ فَقَدِ افْتَرٰٓى اِثْمًا عَظِيْمًا
“Verily Allah will not forgive (sins) for associating partners with Him (shirk), but He forgives what (sins) other than (shirk) for whoever He wills. Whoever associates partners with Allah has indeed committed a great sin.” (QS 4:48)
